For the first two years of Campbell's life, every month I diligently documented every milestone. I loved being able to flip back through her development remembering what it was like when she smiled for the first time or how happy we were when she slept through the night for the first time. Until you become a parent, you really can't believe how fast children grow and change. It seriously seems like yesterday, that she was born and that we brought her home from the hospital. Now she is our big girl...who is slowly becoming this amazing independent person. It is hard for me to believe that in six short months that my baby will be three years old! Here is a little update on the little miss:
Likes: She is absolutely obsessed with Disney Princesses. She is particularly obsessed with Aurora. Auntie Erin sent her a Aurora Doll that came with a Aurora dress and one of her favorite things is to put her Aurora dress on and dance around the living room. It is so flipping adorable! She knows some of the words and mumbles the ones that she doesn't. She loves to have us dance with her and if we try to sit down she demands that we "Get up!" I swore that my child would never take over my TV or radio, but sadly I am that mom who I swore I would never be!
Favorite Friends: Sammy and Luna...Luna and Sammy...again, she is obsessed with these two! favorite friends from school.
Favorite Activity: She loves to sing. It is amazing how many songs that she has learned at school. Another favorite is sswimming..She is becoming such a great swimmer. Sadly, she is now ready to take big girl swimming lessons. No more Mommy/baby swim.
Dislikes:Getting hair done, potty training.... wearing jammies to bed. I swear that child strips down naked at least three times a week. She loves to take her jammies and diaper off when she is supposed to be sleeping..Little turkey.
Well...I guess that is enough for now. Hope to make this a regular diary of our family's daily life and growth.
